NJD STRATEGIC PLAN (2004-2008)

The five-year strategic plan for the New Jersey District has developed the following  “DESIRED OUTCOMES.”

DESIRED OUTCOME (1): The New Jersey District will equip people in each congregation for Christian leadership.

DESIRED OUTCOME (2): Professional Church Workers will be spiritually mature, professionally competent, and living a healthy family life.

DESIRED OUTCOME (3): Every congregation will be Outreach & Mission focused and will be enabled to bring saving faith to the unchurched of New Jersey.
